Dennis
Freeman has been preparing U.S. Income Tax Returns for American expatriates for nearly twenty years. He has both
spoken to professional groups about expatriate taxation and written articles in professional journals on the subject.
Dennis Freeman has over thirty years of tax experience. Dennis's background includes
time in a "Big Four" professional services firm with a client base including major multinational companies. Dennis
has also managed the tax functions of large gold mining, engineering & construction management and cement manufacturing
companies. These companies all sent U.S. employees to foreign countries, Dennis was involved with all levels of the
expatriate employee.
In addition to experience in tax return preparation and tax planning for expatriate individuals,
Dennis has managed the tax equalization program and the relocation "gross-up" progam for a major multinational engineering
and construction management company. Dennis also has extensive experience representing taxpayers before the IRS and other
taxing authorities.

and housing) and credits available. I may be retained by either the company or the employee and for one return or for large
groups of these employees.

to optimize their overall tax position.
- Assistance with establishing or maintaining tax equalization programs for

with a firm specializing in insurance for individuals outside of the U.S., expatriate insurance products for key employees
- including life, medical, terrorism, kidnap & ransom and selected other products for individuals and groups.
